Changes

I am in the process of making changes to my blog. Because of my focus becoming more Christ centered, this blog has become more than just a weight loss blog and after much thought given to a new name, I came up with Ebenezer Experiences. The word Ebenezer in Scriptures means "Stone of Help" and my blog has become more of a sharing of experiences from my Stone of Help. Over the course of the next week or so, the design may change as well. Thanks for bearing with me.
