Complete Through Patience

As I was pondering patience this morning, this came to mind as I put my thoughts together: Lessons in patience are the lessons that make the most impact and depending on our choices, that impact can be very good or very hard. Life lessons + grace realized = patience having "growth impact" that tells a story only God could write. James says to let patience have her perfect work that you may be made perfect and entire. (James 1:4) Who doesn't want to be complete? The journey is worth it!

Complete in Thee, no work of mine;
Can take dear Lord, the place of Thine...

Complete in Thee

1. Complete in Thee! No work of mine
May take, dear Lord, the place of Thine;
Thy blood hath pardon bought for me,
And I am now complete in Thee.

2. Complete in Thee! No more shall sin,
Thy grace hath conquered, reign within;
Thy voice shall bid the tempter flee,
And I shall stand complete in Thee.

3. Complete in Thee—each want supplied,
And no good thing to me denied;
Since Thou my portion, Lord, wilt be,
I ask no more, complete in Thee.

4. Dear Savior, when before Thy bar
All tribes and tongues assembled are,
Among Thy chosen will I be,
At Thy right hand, complete in Thee.
