I found out I really am a light eater....
As soon as it gets light, I want to eat.

I just realized it has been way over a month since I have posted to my blog. It is humbling to even post now as I have not done so well the past several weeks and have not been following my own advice from previous posts. I have no one to blame but myself. Today however is a new day. Tomorrow is another chance to make wise choices and walk in obedience. Bear with me as I get my priorities straight and together we can once again walk this road. We need to charge ahead in a persistent manner to be healthier inside and out...it is what God wants for us."Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom
